Similarly soft and silky, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Precious (100 cases) is made from Jayson’s favorite barrels. It exhibits a deep plum/purple color as well as a beautiful perfume of graphite, burning embers, charcoal, sweet kirsch, black currants and hints of licorice and cedar. This complex, sexy, full-bodied, opulent wine should drink well for 15-20 years. RP
