Fermented in small open-top fermenters designed specifically for Bryant this wine is exceptional. It boasts a black\/purple color to the rim as well as an extraordinary nose of blueberry and blackberry liqueur intermixed with hints of barbecue spice hickory wood acacia flowers and espresso roast. The wine 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has superb intensity tremendous complexity and at the same time amazing elegance and finesse for its size and power about 15%-plus alcohol. The acidity is remarkably good and the pH normal by a ripe Bordeaux vintage standard 3.75. Bryant's 2003 is a candidate for wine of the vintage.
