“Bright ruby-red. Highly perfumed aromas of fresh red berries, potpourri and minerals, with a hint of smokiness in the background. On the palate, intense raspberry and bitter cherry flavors are lifted by tangy acidity and a hint of white pepper. Very precise pinot with strong finishing lift and cut and mineral-driven persistence. Quite nervy, in a style that reminds me a lot of the Sonoma Coast.”
