Plénitude 2 is the second life of Dom Pérignon, patiently brought to a new elevation and set on a path to eternity. After close to 15 years of slow transformation in the cellars, Dom Pérignon expands its energy and rises to an apex of essential, radiant vitality, in its state of Plénitude. Elevated to new heights, it unfurls across every dimensions – wider, deeper, longer, more intense - and gifted further with an extended longevity.

| Robert Parker | 96 RP - The 2006 Dom Pérignon comes from a very rich vintage with an early ripeness that brought a lot of aromatic maturity. The white-golden prestige cuvée contains a bit more Chardonnay than Pinot Noir and opens with a deep and seductive, pretty accessible nose with intense yet fresh fruit aromas of pineapples, with peaches and tangerines. Lively and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, unusually aromatic and fruity DP with a long and tension-filled expression. |

| Robert Parker Rating | 97 RP - The 2006 Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2, disgorged in early 2023 with a dosage of five grams per liter, is showing beautifully today. It wafts from the glass with a deep bouquet of toasted hazelnut, tangerine, peach and dried flowers, mingling with wheat toast, mocha and subtle inflections of passion fruit, all framed by a smoky reduction. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and ample yet vibrant, with a generous core of fruit, ripe but lively acids and a pinpoint mousse. It concludes with a long, delicately phenolic finish in which attractive aromatic bitters assert themselves. This is a charming vintage that has often been overlooked, yet in its P2 iteration, it is considerably less evolved today than some might assume, also presenting drier and more aromatically defined than the original release. It delivers the structural presence one associates with the season while also offering appreciable cut—and it is also a wine that can age. It is less nakedly chalky than the 2008 Plénitude 2, yet it remains appealing in its own distinct register. |

| Antonio Galloni Rating | 99 AG - The 2006 Dom Pérignon P2 is a total stunner. It's a vintage that seems to be especially suited to long aging. Everything about the 2006 is amplified. Its aromatics, fruit and structure are simply dazzling. The explosive finish is unforgettable. |
