You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine with no exceptions. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

By placing your order, you have represented to CultWine that you are at least 21 years of age. Any alcoholic beverages that CultWine arranges for delivery on your behalf must be received & signed for by an adult of legal drinking age including wines shipped outside of the United States.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

Due to federal & state regulations, all wine shipments or deliveries must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the wine delivery. Therefore, CultWine recommends that you designate a business address unless your certain an adult will be at your home address. CultWine will not ship wines to post office boxes and will verify all shipping addresses prior to shipping. CultWine ships primarily with Fed Ex as we have an exclusive relationship which provides the care we seek in shipping our clients their wines. 

*Due to the effects of COVID-19, FED EX is can not guarantee the delivery dates and times. UPS has the same disclaimer at this time. Our shipping manager works directly with Fed Ex to ensure no delays in your shipments in order to keep our clients appraised of their shipment. 

All orders are subject to possible "weather" shipping holds. Our shipping manager will contact you to confirm any weather shipment delays. Private clients have the right to waive the shipping hold and may request in overnight shipping. Such request must be made in writing to CultWine. Local delivery is available in the Orange County, San Diego & Los Angeles areas. Some fees may apply but please contact us for a quote.

Please Note - Orders usually process in approximately 3-4 business days after the order is received. If your order is time sensitive, it is suggested you contact us directly and choose an expedited delivery option. CultWine does not usually ship on Thursday or Friday unless requested by the client to ensure your wine doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. 

*Delivery dates are never guaranteed if sent via Ground service.

INSURANCE

If the Private Client elects to purchase insurance for your shipment, 1.5% of the total purchase price will automatically be added to your order to cover any breakage or loss that may occur. In the case that you receive damaged merchandise, you must inform CultWine of any broken or damaged bottles within 24 hours of delivery. An R/A will be issued to pick this up at a chosen location and once the merchandise is returned to CultWine, a replacement item(s) will be sent out or a refund will be issued. By waiving the coverage you relinquish CultWine of any and all responsibility of breakage or loss that may occur to your wine during shipping. You may elect to have the original wood case (owc) shipped (if applicable) by noting this in "Special Instructions" upon submission of your order. 

Please note that shipping costs quoted by CultWine are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is actually placed and you check out.

All wine invoices and orders, regardless of their status, must be paid in full at the time of shipping unless otherwise specifically noted by Cultwine.
