Bryant Estate wines are currently harvested, blended and produced entirely by hand from grapes planted and grown on the original 13-acre estate, as well as on neighboring vineyards on Howell Mountain, Las Posadas and Madrona. The wines are also bottled, labeled, wrapped and packed by hand on the estate, then shipped directly to customers.

Elegant and stylish, with ripe, vivid black cherry, currant, wild berry and black olive flavors that gain depth and vibrancy, picking up body and complexity and ending with a long, lingering finish that keeps repeating the fruit and cedary oak themes. WS The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (800 cases produced) possesses a European-styled delicacy, without the fat, power, and unctuosity of a riper California vintage. A dense purple color is accompanied by a pure bouquet of flowers, berries, black fruits, herbs, spice, and a touch of new oak. The wine is medium-bodied, rich, and concentrated with good acidity as well as ripe, physiologically mature tannins. This is one of the most streamlined yet stylish Bryants made to date. RP |
