Preposterously rich and backward this massive gargantuan Cabernet Sauvignon will require 10-15 years of cellaring even though 1997 was a sweet ripe year. It is a candidate for 50+ years of aging and I would not be surprised if it still possesses its fruit and intensity at age 100. Extremely full-bodied and super-extracted it is built to age like a glacier. |
