The domaine has roughly 24 acres of vineyards with plots in four villages (Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot, Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges) and in 15 different designated sites. The highest tier of Pinot Noir comes from the grand cru vineyards Richbourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Clos de Vougeot.
Hudelot-Noëllatt has a reputation for high vine ages, which it maintains through methodical replanting. The average age is more than 50 years, with several vineyard plantings dating back to 1920, including parcels in Romanée-Saint-Vivant.
