Williams Selyem found its success buying and bottling single-vineyard wines, with Pinot Noir as the focus. Single-vineyard wines were not new to California, but the first for Williams Selyem was its 1985 Rochioli Vineyard Pinot Noir.
While Pinot Noir dominates production, Williams Selyem also makes a small amount of Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and a Port-style fortified dessert wine. These offerings vary in production from year to year but many also carry single-vineyard designations.

| Antonio Galloni Rating | The 2014 Chardonnay Unoaked is laced with the essence of lemon oil, white flowers and mint. Bright, perfumed and crisp, the 2014 is an excellent choice for drinking over the next handful of years. Although there is no oak, the Chardonnay offers lovely depth and plenty of textural nuance, all in an attractive, mid-weight style. |

| Wine Spectator Rating | A nice, zesty edge of lemon and grapefruit peel gives this a lively mouthfeel and a juicy, citrus-infused mix of green tree fruit notes such as apple and pear. Ends long and clean. |
