Williams Selyem found its success buying and bottling single-vineyard wines, with Pinot Noir as the focus. Single-vineyard wines were not new to California, but the first for Williams Selyem was its 1985 Rochioli Vineyard Pinot Noir.
While Pinot Noir dominates production, Williams Selyem also makes a small amount of Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and a Port-style fortified dessert wine. These offerings vary in production from year to year but many also carry single-vineyard designations.

| Robert Parker Rating | Another juicy, generous offering, the 2010 Pinot Noir Westside Road Neighbors is at once plump, yet also mid-weight and gracious. Sweet spice and floral notes wrap around a core of expressive, inviting Russian River fruit as the wine opens up in the glass. Hints of raspberries, strawberries and cinnamon linger on the finish. |

| Antonio Galloni Rating | 93 AG - (made from fruit grown in the Allen, Bacigalupi, Bucher, Flax, Rochioli Riverblock and Williams-Selyem estate vineyards; 13.9% alcohol): Ruby-red. Explosive, nuanced aromas of candied red fruits, fresh flowers and Asian spices, with deeper cola and licorice nuances gaining power in the glass. Sappy, expansive and appealingly open-knit, offering powerful red and dark berry compote flavors enlivened by allspice and candied rose. Finishes bright and nervy, with a repeating floral quality. |

| Wine Spectator Rating | Intense and well-focused on vivid wild berry and raspberry flavors, with a wild, racy edge that's expansive and gains depth and nuance. |
