We know that truly great wines are born in the vineyard. Over the years, we’ve made it our business to find incredible growers and vineyards in key appellations throughout California. Every vintage we work hard to tell the story of these chosen vineyards through the medium of wine. Our efforts hopefully reflect the character in some way, of every person and every vineyard site – the shared experiences of that year.

Our appellation blends are inspired by a desire to capture the specific beauty of each of these growing regions, which we feel are among the best in the world for Pinot Noir. Kosta Browne produces four appellation Pinot Noirs from the foggy Russian River Valley, diverse Sonoma Coast, powerful Sta. Rita Hills and chilly Santa Lucia Highlands, as well as one Chardonnay from Russian River Valley.
