Cuando fundó esta bodega, Michael tuvo la previsión de contratar originalmente a la brillante Helen Turley para supervisar la elaboración del vino. El actual equipo de viñedo y enología, Nicolas Morlet, quien relevó a su hermano Luc, comparte la filosofía vinícola de la Sra. Turley.
