Maison Ambroise es una bodega de Borgoña situada en Premeaux-Prissey, un pequeño pueblo cerca de Nuits-Saint-Georges. Produce una gama de vinos a partir de uvas Pinot Noir y Chardonnay (además de un Bourgogne Aligoté) tanto de la Côte de Nuits como de la Côte de Beaune.
