El Maya 2001, una mezcla típica de 45% Cabernet Franc y 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, exhibe una finura y elegancia irrefutables junto con una potencia, pureza e intensidad sorprendentes. Esta cuvée realiza la fermentación maloláctica en barrica, de la cual el 70% es roble francés nuevo. Ofrece niveles deslumbrantes de frutas negras concentradas mezcladas con notas minerales, tabaco, caja de especias y tierra. Este clásico impecable debería clasificarse entre los grandes Maya producidos hasta la fecha... ¡y ha habido muchos! Madurez prevista: 2006-2022. RP
