“RP92 - 2004 Peter Michael Les Pavots Proprietary Blend Magnum. Los Morlet decidieron mantener el Les Pavots 2004, una mezcla de 150 cajas compuesta por un 62% de Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% de Merlot, 14% de Cabernet Franc y 3% de Petit Verdot, en barrica más tiempo de lo habitual. Si bien puede que no sea uno de los mejores ejemplos de esta cuvée, es un vino impresionante que muestra un color púrpura opaco junto con notas de arándanos, cedro, regaliz, hierbas secas, pimienta y roble dulce ahumado. Con cuerpo, de magnífica textura y riqueza, así como abundantes pero dulces taninos bien integrados, debería evolucionar durante 15 años o más. RP”
