Una de las bodegas más fascinantes de California, esta hermosa propiedad pertenece al inglés Sir Peter Michael. Cuando fundó esta bodega, Michael tuvo la previsión de contratar a la brillante Helen Turley para supervisar la elaboración del vino. El equipo actual de viñedos y vinificación, Nicolas Morlet, quien tomó el relevo de su hermano Luc, comparte la filosofía de elaboración de la Sra. Turley.
Tanto las añadas actuales como las próximas son vinos irrefutablemente brillantes. Peter Michael produce también increíbles Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir y Sauvignon Blanc de viñedo único. Peter Michael Winery sigue siendo una finca de propiedad familiar que ahora dirige Paul, el hijo de Peter.
