La bodega se centra en el Cabernet Sauvignon, que ha tenido una excelente acogida: el Cabernet Sauvignon de Quilceda Creek de 2002 fue el primer vino estadounidense fuera de California en ser galardonado con 100 puntos por Robert Parker.
La bodega fue fundada en 1978 por Alex Golitzin, quien se inspiró para elaborar vino gracias a su tío André Tchelistcheff, uno de los enólogos más importantes de California en aquella época. El hijo de Alex Golitzin, Paul, comenzó a trabajar en la bodega en 1992 y actualmente es el enólogo.
