Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir y Chardonnay. ¡Este vino lo tiene todo! Hay azafrán, flores, un toque delicado de especias (nuez moscada y pimienta blanca), brioche ligero, madera dulce, una redondez maravillosa sostenida por un agarre ácido... las capas siguen apareciendo, disfrutará sumergiéndose en ellas. Las uvas se cosechan a mano, se despalillan y se prensan suavemente, para luego fermentar espontáneamente en barricas neutras. Sin fermentación maloláctica, el vino reposa en barricas durante unos 9-11 meses.
