Paul Hobbs Winery 於 1991 年由知名釀酒顧問 Paul Hobbs 創立。酒莊位於索諾瑪郡的塞巴斯托波，專門釀造由黑皮諾、赤霞珠、西拉和夏多內製成的單園品種酒。Hobbs 在創立自己的酒莊之前，就已經是一位擁有令人印象深刻履歷的顧問，而他的酒莊如今也已獲得廣泛認可。
