1995 專有配方, 北岸Dalla Valle Vineyards 釀造的酒莊酒源自特定的葡萄園區，賦予每款酒獨特的風土特色。酒莊每年釀造三款酒。
Collina Dalla Valle，意為「山谷之丘」，是品牌入門款。這款紅酒混釀自酒莊較年輕的葡萄藤，年輕時口感更為親口。
Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon 是 1986 年酒莊釀造的第一款酒。每次都會混入少量 Cabernet Franc，展現出 Dalla Valle Vineyards 風土之美。
Maya 以創辦人 Naoko 與 Gustav 的女兒命名，是 Maya’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 與我們精選的 Cabernet Franc 混合而成的特別酒款。
