“RP96 - 1999 Pride Mountain Vineyards Reserve Claret 微型特釀約有200箱1999年份特釀Claret，由三分之二的梅洛與三分之一的赤霞珠組成，表現極為出色！這款年度佳釀候選者在舊式與新式法國橡木桶中陳釀24個月。除了濃郁不透明的紫色外，還散發出香醇甜美的香氣，包含濃縮咖啡、黑莓、黑醋栗、楓糖與香草。酒液在口中層次豐富、多維且甜厚，擁有令人難以置信的濃稠感與集中度，必須親自品嚐方能領略。儘管如此，它依然平衡得宜，純淨度極高，餘韻悠長。RP”

Pride Mountain Vineyards 由 Jim 與 Carolyn Pride 於 1990 年創立，自 2004 年起則由其子女 Suzanne Pride Bryan 與 Steve Pride 共同擁有。自 2004 年起，酒莊由執行長兼釀酒主管 Steve Pride 負責營運與管理。此外，這些葡萄酒更讓 Pride Mountain 一躍躋身加州頂尖精品酒莊之列。
整體而言，酒莊的釀酒方式傳統而又不乏持續演進，旨在讓葡萄的風土特徵在成品葡萄酒中得以展現。 波爾多 紅葡萄品種皆 100% 去梗，並於不鏽鋼桶中發酵兩週，隨後分入 50% 中性與 50% 新法國橡木桶中，每隔 4 個月進行一次換桶，約熟成 18 個月。 西拉 則僅部分去梗，並 100% 於中性桶中熟成。
