Screaming Eagle 是加州首創且全球最受追捧的邪典酒款。酒莊位於納帕谷奧克維爾產區，規模小、產量極低，以赤霞珠為主釀成的葡萄酒每瓶常以 3000 美元以上售出，也是美國最昂貴的常規生產葡萄酒。
Jean Phillips 於 1986 年建立葡萄園，起初將葡萄販售給納帕當地的酒莊。幾年後，他決定自己釀酒，Screaming Eagle 於 1992 年推出首個年份。羅伯特·帕克（Robert Parker）給予此首個年份 99 分，使其邪典地位穩如磐石——此後，1997 年與 2007 年份更獲得這位知名葡萄酒評論家夢寐以求的 100 分評分。酒莊透過郵寄名單銷售，自 2000 年起名單便已滿員，候購名單長達數千人。
Screaming Eagle 的葡萄園位於納帕谷南部的奧克維爾產區（Oakville AVA）。主要栽種赤霞珠，並混有少量梅洛和卡本內弗蘭，另有一小塊種植白辛樂的園地。Screaming Eagle 的二級酒 Second Flight 採用葡萄園中較年輕的葡萄藤釀製，白葡萄酒 Screaming Eagle Sauvignon Blanc 則於 2012 年推出。雖然 2012 年首發時每瓶售價為 250 美元，但此酒很快便在二手市場飆出天文數字，最高達原價的 10 倍。
2006 年，Screaming Eagle 以未公開金額出售給 Stanley Kroenke 與 Charles Banks，傳聞金額超過 3000 萬美元。如今 Kroenke 全資擁有 Screaming Eagle。
