2013 卡本內蘇維濃, 北岸Dana Estates 是第三家在著名拉瑟福高地（Rutherford Bench）核心地帶的這片葡萄園土地上經營酒莊的酒商。這片葡萄園最初由德國葡萄栽培專家 H. W. Helms 於 1883 年開墾與開發，1976 年由 John 與 Diane Livingston 購得，並作為 Livingston Moffett 酒莊的所在地，直到 2005 年李喜尚（Hi Sang Lee）買下這片房產。酒莊由知名建築師 Howard Backen 重新設計，並保留原有的石牆作為中心景觀。 喜尚與 Howard 密切合作，並與釀酒師 Philippe Melka 和 Cameron Vawter 共同確保空間與設施能持續生產世界級的佳釀。
