2012 夏多內, 中央海岸Sea Smoke Cellars 是位於聖巴巴拉郡的加州酒莊，專注於生產頂級黑皮諾。酒莊於 1999 年由 Bob Davids 在聖麗塔山丘產區建立。其產量相對較小，大部分透過電子郵件名單配送。酒莊名稱的靈感來自沿著聖伊內茲河而上的涼爽海洋霧氣，為葡萄園帶來涼意。
Sea Smoke 葡萄酒所使用的所有葡萄皆來自酒莊自有葡萄園。酒莊擁有 40 公頃（98 英畝）葡萄園，種植了 10 種不同克隆型的黑皮諾，以及 4 公頃（10 英畝）的夏多內。葡萄藤種植於過渡土壤中，海拔約 300 至 700 英尺（90 至 210 公尺），因此生長環境各異。Sea Smoke 自 2013 年份起便採用生物動力法耕作。
Sea Smoke 生產三款黑皮諾葡萄酒：Botella、Southing 與 Ten，後者是 10 種黑皮諾克隆型的混合酒。2009 年份前酒莊更換釀酒師，隨後黑皮諾的酒風有所轉變，後續年份的酒也減少了萃取程度，並較少使用新橡木桶。2000 年代中期，Sea Smoke 推出 Gratis Chardonnay，專屬於電子郵件名單會員的獎勵酒款。由於反響極佳，酒莊隨後推出第二款夏多內，並將其納入常規酒單。
Sea Smoke 以傳統法釀製的黑皮諾氣泡酒（Blanc de Noirs）為其酒款系列畫下句點。
