1987 專有配方, 北岸世界上還有誰能像著名的葡萄栽培專家大衛·阿布魯（David Abreu）和他多年來忠實的搭檔兼助手、前廚師布萊德·格萊姆斯（Brad Grimes）這樣，持續釀造出如此令人讚嘆的葡萄酒？他們利用相對較小的葡萄園，其中兩個位於聖海倫娜（St. Helena）後街附近（一個是緊鄰墓地的六英畝 Cappella Vineyard，另一個是位於春山（Spring Mountain）山腳下的 Madrona Ranch 自家酒莊），還與里克·福曼（Ric Forman）共同擁有 Meadowood 度假村後方壯麗的 Thorevilos Vineyard。此外，阿布魯在豪爾山（Howell Mountain）海拔 2,000 英尺處也擁有自己的葡萄園。
