1996 專有配方, 北岸Dalla Valle Vineyards 釀造的酒莊酒，皆源自特定的葡萄園區，賦予每款酒獨特的風土特色。酒莊每年釀造三款酒。
Collina Dalla Valle，意式譯為「山谷之丘」，是品牌入門酒款。此款紅酒採用酒莊較年輕的葡萄藤釀製，年輕時口感更為親和。
Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon 是 1986 年酒莊首款釀造的酒。每次都會加入少量 Cabernet Franc 混釀，展現出 Dalla Valle Vineyards 風土之美。
Maya 以創辦人 Naoko 與 Gustav 的女兒命名，是 Maya’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 與我們精選最佳 Cabernet Franc 區塊的特別混釀。
