1997 雷司令, 摩澤爾我們對品質的堅持延續到酒窖的工作中。雷司令葡萄在伯恩卡斯特城郊外的現代設施中進行加工。我們的作業流程著重於對葡萄和新酒進行溫和處理。酒款經過精心釀造，以確保保留特定葡萄園特有的風味與香氣。
我們使用小型不鏽鋼酒桶，將來自不同葡萄園的葡萄分開發酵。在布勞恩貝格與艾登之間的 20 公里（12.5 英里）路段上，我們有 15 種不同的葡萄園，每一座葡萄園都有其獨特的個性。發酵過程採用溫度控制，並保持極慢且低溫，以保留香氣的多樣性與酒款的活力。
