1998 波爾多調配酒, 聖愛美隆20 世紀期間，酒莊曾由該地區幾戶知名的葡萄酒世家相繼擁有，但於 2001 年被 Cuvelier 家族收購，該家族同時也擁有 Château Poujeaux。
這片 18.5 公頃（45 英畝）的葡萄園主要種植梅洛（85%），另有 10% 為赤霞珠高貝瑞，5% 為赤霞珠粉紅，種植於石灰岩上的黏土土壤。廣闊的酒窖位於地下，開鑿於石灰岩基岩中，為葡萄酒熟成提供理想條件。
