2000 波爾多調配酒, 波美侯自 2007 年起，Denise 與 Stephen Adams 一直是位於波美羅酒莊區著名高原陽光充足西坡的 Château L'Enclos 的擁有者與管理者。經過精心照料與規劃，酒莊的階梯式葡萄園擁有礫石表土與黏土-鐵質下層土的混合。Château L'Enclos 於 2017 年獲得有機認證。
這款葡萄酒反映了我們獨特風土的特色。除了濃郁的口感與絲滑的單寧，Château L'Enclos 亦以其優雅與清新的口感而聞名。梅洛是此調配酒中主要的葡萄品種，此外還包括卡本內弗弗朗與馬爾貝克。葡萄酒在 40% 全新法國橡木桶與 60% 使用一年法國橡木桶中陳釀 16 至 18 個月。
