Switchback Ridge 的葡萄酒完全來自於卡利斯托加的彼得森家族葡萄園。該酒莊自 1914 年起便由彼得森家族所有，坐落於納帕谷東北端荷蘭亨利峽谷的入口處，佔地近 100 英畝。這片美麗葡萄園富含岩石的肥沃土壤，始終能產出風味濃郁的低產量果實，進而釀製出極具濃縮感且以果香為主的葡萄酒，這正是 Switchback Ridge 的標誌。
