Château Bellevue Mondotte 是聖愛美隆地區一座規模極小的酒莊，坐落於村莊以東。酒莊僅生產一款以梅洛為基底的單一紅酒。
這片佔地 6 英畝的葡萄園位於石灰岩高原頂部，面向南側的多爾多河谷。大部分種植的是梅洛，約有 10% 分別種植卡本內弗蘭克和卡本內蘇維濃。Bellevue Mondotte 採用嚴格的綠收與果實篩選，大幅降低產量。因此，酒莊產量極低，通常每年僅約 400 箱。
Château Bellevue Mondotte 的酒液 100% 裝入全新法國橡木桶中陳釀 24 個月。最終調配於裝瓶前進行，酒液不經清明與過濾。
2001 年，Bellevue Mondotte 被 Gérard Perse 收購，他同時也是相鄰酒莊 Château Pavie Decesse 及 Pavie 的擁有者。
