貝爾維蒙多酒莊是聖愛美隆地區一座規模極小的酒莊，坐落於村莊以東不遠處。酒莊只生產一款以梅洛為基底的紅酒。
這片佔地6英畝的葡萄園位於石灰岩高原頂部，南向俯瞰多爾多涅河谷。大部分種植的是梅洛，約有10%分別種植卡本弗朗和卡本酒神。貝爾維蒙多酒莊採用嚴格的綠收與果實篩選，大幅降低產量。這意味著產量極少，通常每年僅約400箱。
貝爾維蒙多酒莊將酒液100%裝入全新法國橡木桶中陳釀24個月。最終調配於裝瓶前完成，酒液不經清飾與過濾。
2001年，貝爾維蒙多酒莊被相鄰的帕薇德塞酒莊及鄰近的帕薇酒莊擁有者傑拉德·佩爾斯收購。
