“RP97 - 2005 年份的 Chardonnay Point Rouge 呈現出淡淡的金綠色澤，與其他酒款相似，風味深邃且飽滿，成熟度極佳，但由於酒體堅實，展現出更多克制、結構感，甚至帶有一絲單寧感。這是一款佳釀，但考量到 2005 年份的酸度較高，我會再將其陳年 6 至 12 個月後才開始品飲。話雖如此，我已經在慈善活動中喝掉了兩瓶我的配額，現場參與者都非常喜愛。”

彼得·麥可酒莊
2005 夏多內, 北岸這是加州最令人振奮的酒莊之一，這家美麗的酒莊由英國人彼得·麥可爵士擁有。當他創立這家酒莊時，麥可有著遠見，最初聘請了才華橫溢的海倫·圖利（Helen Turley）負責釀酒。現任葡萄園/釀酒團隊成員尼古拉·莫萊（Nicolas Morlet）接替了他的兄弟盧克（Luc），與圖利女士的釀酒理念不謀而合。
無論是現有還是即將推出的酒款，無疑都是極其出色的佳釀。Peter Michael 亦生產令人驚豔的單一葡萄園赤霞珠、夏多內、黑皮諾與白蘇維尼白酒。 Peter Michael 酒莊至今仍是一家家族經營的酒莊，現由彼得的兒子保羅（Paul）管理。只有少數酒箱會進入零售市場，大部分則預留給郵寄名單客戶與長期合作的餐廳客戶。
