Château des Charmes 由法國第五代酒農 Paul Bosc 於 1978 年創立。Paul 與年輕的家人於 1960 年代來到尼加拉，當時他們相信，自己種植葡萄是釀造佳釀的最佳方式。如今，我們對這種酒莊模式的信念更加堅定，所有的葡萄酒皆採用自家種植的葡萄釀製。
