2008 黑皮諾, 奧克維爾Morlet 的釀酒方式極簡且帶有歐洲傳統風格，採用波爾多、勃根地與香檳的古典技術。S
葡萄經手工採收後，送抵聖海倫娜酒莊進行去梗與二次篩選。天然酵母進行發酵，葡萄酒在上市前於法國橡木桶中熟成。
