2011 黑皮諾, 沃恩-羅馬尼Domaine Jean Grivot 是勃根地金丘的酒莊，以深邃芳香的黑皮諾葡萄酒聞名，展現出明亮的紅色水果特徵。
Grivot 的所有葡萄園都採用高密度栽植，以促進葡萄藤之間的競爭，進而降低產量。此外，酒莊還採用綠收方式，以減少產量並提升品質。所有葡萄藤皆栽種40年以上。
在酒莊中，葡萄串經去梗後，約95%的果實會進行四至六天的冷浸漬，隨後於不鏽鋼罐中發酵。Grivot 的葡萄酒通常在橡木桶中陳釀18個月，新桶比例不一：村級酒約25%，一級園最高達60%，特級園則可達70%。葡萄酒依照月相與大氣壓力，在不進行清明與過濾的情況下裝瓶。
Grivot 家族起源於汝拉地區，早在17世紀中葉便開始種植葡萄藤。法國大革命前夕，家族遷至沃森-羅馬尼。酒莊於1900年代初期由 Gaston Grivot 發展，他於1919年出售較次要的地塊，購入了 Clos de Vougeot。Domaine Jean Grivot 成為首批自行裝瓶並銷售葡萄酒的勃根地酒莊之一。
