2012 卡本內蘇維濃, 北岸Dana Estates 是第三家在著名拉瑟福山丘（Rutherford Bench）核心地帶的這片葡萄園土地上經營酒莊的酒商。這片土地最初於 1883 年由德國葡萄栽培專家 H. W. Helms 開墾與開發，1976 年由 John 與 Diane Livingston 購得，並成為 Livingston Moffett 酒莊的所在地，直到 2005 年李喜尚（Hi Sang Lee）買下這片房產。酒莊由知名建築師 Howard Backen 重新設計，並保留原有的石牆作為其中心景觀。 喜尚與 Howard 謹慎地與釀酒師 Philippe Melka 和 Cameron Vawter 合作，以確保空間與設施能持續生產出世界級的佳釀。
