Dana Estates 是第三家在聞名 Rutherford Bench 核心地帶的這片葡萄園土地上經營酒莊的公司。此地最初由德國葡萄栽培專家 H. W. Helms 於 1883 年開墾並發展，1976 年由 John 與 Diane Livingston 購得，並成為 Livingston Moffett 酒莊的所在地，直到 2005 年業主 Hi Sang Lee 買下該物業。
