2013 卡本內蘇維濃, 北岸Dana Estates 是第三家在赫希葡萄園這片位於聞名 Rutherford Bench 核心地帶的葡萄園土地上經營酒莊的公司。此地最初由德國葡萄栽培專家 H. W. Helms 於 1883 年開墾與開發，1976 年由 John 與 Diane Livingston 購得，並成為 Livingston Moffett 酒莊的所在地，直到 2005 年李喜尚買下該物業。
酒莊由知名建築師 Howard Backen 重新設計，並保留原有的石牆作為中心景觀。 喜尚與 Howard 謹慎地與釀酒師 Philippe Melka 和 Cameron Vawter 合作，以確保空間與設施能持續生產出世界級的佳釀。
