喬治羅米耶酒莊（Domaine Georges Roumier）位於香波尼村香波慕西妮（Chambolle-Musigny），在此釀造出勃根地最昂貴、評分最高且備受追捧的葡萄酒之一。
羅米耶酒莊的故事始於 1924 年喬治羅米耶（Georges Roumier）與珍妮薇芙·關金（Genevieve Quanquin）結婚。關金家族在香波慕西妮擁有葡萄園，羅米耶隨後開始擴展這些葡萄園。羅米耶並未直接購買土地，而是採用法國的「分包佃農制」（metayage）來發展酒莊，由佃農代為耕種土地，並按比例分享產量。羅米耶最初從慕西妮（Musigny）的小塊土地開始，隨後進軍邦馬雷（Bonnes Mares），並在伏荷園（Clos de Vougeot）獲得兩塊土地。最近，喬治羅米耶酒莊進軍魯肖-香貝丹（Ruchottes-Chambertin），並有權獲得該地三分之二的收成。
1965 年喬治羅米耶去世後，其子讓-馬利（Jean-Marie）接管釀酒工作。最終，讓-馬利的兒子克里斯托夫（Christophe）接任，成為酒莊現任釀酒師。他非常注重風土，因此少量使用新橡木桶，並將發酵溫度控制在較低水平，以展現葡萄酒的細緻與香氣。
