“The 2021 Bettina turned out beautifully. Inky dark fruit, crème de cassis, licorice, mocha, lavender and new leather all take shape with a bit of time in the glass. The 2021 is rich, unctuous and layered, with big tannins that are neatly wrapped into the wine's frame. As always, Bettina is a blend from Madrona Ranch, Las Posadas and the Bryant estate, all top sites that work so well together.”

2021 專有紅色, 北岸布萊恩酒莊（Bryant Estate）體現了酒莊主 Don 與 Bettina Bryant 的遠見。Don 於近 30 年前購得普立查德山（Pritchard Hill）的土地後，將酒莊改種為 100% 赤霞珠，採用現代葡萄栽培技術，並培育了一支由國內外釀酒工匠組成的專業團隊。在他的努力下，布萊恩家族葡萄園赤霞珠（Bryant Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon）迅速成為加州頂尖的一級酒款，如今更是納帕谷最備受推崇的酒標之一。
布萊恩酒莊的葡萄酒目前完全採用手工採收、調配與釀造，葡萄皆種植於原有的 13 英畝酒莊土地，以及鄰近的豪爾山（Howell Mountain）、拉斯波薩達（Las Posadas）和馬德羅納（Madrona）葡萄園。葡萄酒也在酒莊內手工裝瓶、貼標、包裝與裝箱，隨後直接寄送給顧客。
