Tenuta San Guido 最廣為人知的名稱，其實是其最著名葡萄酒的名稱……Sassicaia。酒莊位於托斯卡尼大區的馬雷瑪（Maremma），其旗艦酒標採用了專屬於酒莊的單一酒莊DOC產區（Bolgheri Sassicaia）。
Sassicaia 是最初的超級托斯卡尼葡萄酒之一，以赤霞珠為主，並加入少量卡本內。以柔順的口感、優雅的風格與迷人的香氣著稱。
釀製 Sassicaia 的葡萄在完全成熟前採收，這使其展現出細緻與香氣，同時降低酒精度。在不鏽鋼罐中發酵兩週後，葡萄酒於法國橡木桶中陳釀約24個月，其中約20%為新桶。
