由黑皮諾慕尼耶、黑皮諾與霞多麗釀製，這款酒層次豐富！帶有番紅花、花香、細緻的辛香（肉豆蔻與白胡椒）、淡淡的起司麵包香與柔甜的木質香氣，圓潤的口感在酸度的支撐下展現得淋漓盡致……層次層次不斷湧現，令人樂在其中。葡萄採收後經手工採摘、去梗並輕柔壓榨，隨後於中性橡木桶中自然發酵。未進行乳酸發酵，酒液於桶中陳釀約 9 至 11 個月。
