Amuse Bouche es una bodega del Valle de Napa fundada en 2002 por John Schwartz y la destacada enóloga de Napa Heidi Barrett. El Merlot insignia de la bodega, inspirado en Pomerol, se creó en respuesta a los famosos y esquivos vinos Cult Cabernet de Napa. Cada etiqueta presenta una obra de arte encargada a un artista destacado.
La primera cosecha de Amuse Bouche se limitó a 3000 botellas y se produjo a partir de Merlot y Cabernet Franc cultivados en Oakville. Desde entonces, la producción ha aumentado a alrededor de 8400 botellas al año y las uvas ahora provienen de las colinas orientales de Rutherford.
